Common Problems of Cloud Service

<h2>1. Cloud recording function introduction</h2> <p>After the cloud recording function is enabled, the mobile video detected by the camera will be encrypted and uploaded to the cloud, and the video can be watched back even when the device is disconnected. Effectively avoid key video loss caused by man-made damage and SD card damage. Videos uploaded to the cloud can also be downloaded locally on the phone.</p> <h2>2.Is the video stored in the cloud safe?</h2> <p>The video uploaded to the cloud will be encrypted in multiple layers. For users who request to play cloud videos, there is also a multi-identity authentication mechanism, which can effectively prevent unauthorized connections and avoid attacks on the device. You can use it with confidence.</p> <h2>3. Cloud service content and activation</h2> <p>The current cloud service is provided by device purchase, that is, the cloud service purchased by the user is mainly device, and one account can purchase multiple plans (such as 7-day recurring recording monthly package, 30-day recurring recording annual package, etc.). Each plan can be bound to a maximum of 1 device.</p> <h2>4. After purchasing cloud service, how is the service time calculated?</h2> <p>When your purchase is successful, the cloud service is officially effective and start to use. We will calculate the service termination time from the point in time when the purchase is successful. For example, if you purchase a one-year 30-day recurring recording package at 8 o'clock on August 1, 2020, we will start timing at 8 o'clock on August 1, 2020, and the service will end at 8 o'clock on August 1, 2021.</p> <h2>5. How to renew the cloud service and calculate the time?</h2> <p>The direct renewal function is temporarily not supported. If the device binding plan is not over, you can no longer purchase the plan and bind the device; if the original plan has expired, you can re-purchase and bind it in <em>&quot;Cloud&quot;</em>-click <em>&quot;Go buy&quot;</em>. The service time is calculated separately based on the validity period of each purchased plan.</p> <h2>6. Can the cloud service be refunded halfway and the paid plan can be replaced?</h2> <p>Cloud service does not support halfway refunds. For example: You are using a one-year 30-day recurring recording service, and refunds are not supported halfway.</p> <p>However, cloud storage services can support the replacement of paid plans, which can be achieved through plan transfer. But the premise is that there is another device under the account that has not activated cloud service and can support cloud recording. Switch to other devices to bind in <em>&quot;Plan Details&quot;</em>-<em>&quot;Bind Setting&quot;</em> to transfer.</p> <h2>7. What is recurring recording?</h2> <p>Recurring recording means that if you purchase a 7-day recurring recording plan, the video on the 8th day will overwrite the cloud video on the first day, and so on. Currently, there are two recurring recording schemes available for 7 days and 30 days.</p> <h2>8. Can the video be viewed after the cloud service expires?</h2> <p>After the service expires, it will stop uploading new videos to the cloud. The videos that have been saved in the cloud will be deleted according to the number of days of cyclic recording, and the videos before deletion can be viewed. For example, if you purchase a 7-day recurring recording program, the service expires, and the first day's video will be deleted on the second day after the expiration, and so on.</p> <h2>9. Can the cloud service be suspended during use?</h2> <p>No suspension is allowed. Cloud recording upload can be closed during use, but the service time will not be extended. The video will no longer be uploaded after closing.</p> <h2>10. Do you support downloading cloud videos?</h2> <p>Support downloading. You can click <em>&quot;Download&quot;</em> on the watch cloud playback page to select the cloud video you want to download.</p> <h2>11. If the device is unbound, can I see the cloud video after being bound by someone else?</h2> <p>The cloud service binds the device to the account. When the device with the cloud service is bound to the new account, it will no longer be able to enjoy the service. If user A purchases the cloud service and unbind the device, user B will not be able to view the video of user A in the cloud after binding the device again. B users need to re-purchase if they want to use it. User A can still view the video stored in the cloud through <em>&quot;Cloud Playback&quot;</em> after unbinding.</p> <h2>12.
