Common Problems of Transfer Devices

<p>When you use and add a device without logging in to an account, if you change to log in to use, the APP will remind you whether you need to transfer the device to your account after the first login is successful. If you agree to the transfer, the APP will assist you to automatically add the devices added when you are not logged in to the logged-in account. Accordingly, the devices that have been successfully transferred will be removed from the devices list that have not been logged in. The device will not be removed from the list of unlogged devices), so you are advised to exercise caution.</p> <p>When transferring equipment, you may encounter some abnormal situations, such as transfer failure. The main reasons are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>The network abnormality caused the transfer to fail, and the device to be transferred was not successfully added to your account. It is recommended that you check the mobile phone network, and after confirming that it is normal, enter <em>&quot;My&quot;</em>-<em>&quot;Transfer local devices&quot;</em> to perform the transfer operation again.</li> <li>The device to be transferred has been added or transferred by another account.
