Why doesn't the video show up?

<p>Ideally, the screen presents the timely, smooth, and clear real-time images monitored by the device. However, in actual use, users may encounter the problem that the video has not been shown. The reasons and suggestions for this situation are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>The mobile phone network is abnormal and the APP is temporarily disconnected from the device: It is recommended that you try to open the browser, check the mobile phone network signal and other operations, confirm that the mobile phone network is back to normal, and then reconnect the device;</li> <li>The device is abnormally disconnected: It is recommended that you check and confirm that the network status of the device returns to normal by observing the device indicator and other operations, and then reconnect the device;</li> <li>If the above operations have confirmed that the mobile phone network and device network are normal, but the video still cannot be watched normally, the camera serial number can be collected and provided to the customer service for assistance when purchasing the device.</li> </ul>
