发布通知公告
<h3>一、发布通知公告入口</h3>
<p>1.登录系统后，左侧栏点击“活动”，点击创建活动，选择通知公告

<h3>二、发布公告</h3>
<h4>以加盟商为单位发起通知公告</h4>
<p>1、填写公告信息，点击“下一步”

2.公告条件页面本次通知对象选择“以加盟商为单位”，点击“完成”

3.添加指定推送对象

4.通知公告推送加盟商成功，页面展示推送列表，加盟商可在移动端查看公告详情

<h4>以门店为单位发起通知公告</h4>
<p>1.填写公告信息，，点击“下一步”

2.公告条件页面本次通知对象选择“以门店为单位”，点击“完成”

3.添加指定推送对象
