<p><strong>Description:</strong> 发放微信立减金，发放到用户卡包，在券过期前，用户会收到过期提醒，提升核销转化率。
用户在微信支付场景下满足代金券核销规则（如指定银行卡、消耗门槛）时，可立减支付金额。</p>
