VMS的SDK

<p>1.Yes, there is sdk for VMS Server for integration. That is for customers who has development team and want to integrate the vms system with their own system. But for now the doc for sdk doesn't have English version.</p> <ol> <li>The third party export doesn't need license. Only need to make sure the VMS Server already has license dongle on it.</li> </ol>
