<p>手动切换日夜模式试试；断电重启试试；手动切滤光片；换滤光片</p>
<p>The issue may be caused by IR-CUT stuck .Please check below things :</p>
<p>1.Go to ipc web page ,right click on the live video and choose "sensor config" .
Go to "D/N setting",change mode to "Day mode" , what is the color of image now ?
Then change mode to "Night mode" ,what is the color of image now ?</p>
<p>2.Power off and power on the camera to try .</p>
<p>3.Open the camera case , then switch the IR-CUT manually with tweezers or a stick to check whether the color can be normal .</p>

What is the hardware version and software version in device info of camera ?</p>
