<p>Management>Alert page</p>
<ol>
<li>Click create alert</li>
<li>Put the alert name, check the checkbox to activate the alert</li>
<li>Leave the type and action black</li>
<li>Click save</li>
<li>Then in the drop down menu of add, select Fatigue then save (edited)</li>
