设备死机/卡住排查点

<p>For the no power device , pls make sure :</p> <p>1.How long have the mdvr used? does it used in vehicle? What is the MCU version and firmware version.</p> <p>2.ACC wire not allowed to link battery+ .Must link the ignition wire of vehicle. If you need the MDVR work all the time , we will send the solution for you.</p> <p>3.Check if the LEDs lit on ? if some LEDs are on , Connect a USB convert to RS232 cable with your PC by serial-port debug software(such as Xshell, SSH Secure), we can check log and analyze it.</p> <p>4.Check if the I/O cables has linked any external device(such as: Fatigue driving, fule sensor, people counting) . Is there any external device take current from 5V/12V .The 5V/12V's output-current is 1A at most . If take more current than this value , it will damage the device.</p> <p>5.Have you set any parameter in Alarm menu? check if this value is too low. If so ,it will trigger the alarm all the time and it will affect the device's normal running . Besides，for IN1-IN9 , the input voltage max. is 12V , if exceed this threshold(some vehicle's power is 24V) ,it will damage the MDVR.</p> <p>6.MDVR will porvide power for TFT screen directly. The TFT screen's red wire is forbidding to link any external power(It will destroy the MDVR permanently).</p> <p>7.Have you checked the voltage on the vehicle and MDVR. if fail, test in office by Digital voltage source. </p> <p>8.If failed by Step7, then you can disassemble it by screw driver , check if the lock-wire is broken , check if some components are damaged or destroyed.</p>
