<h3>FAQ2. AIRSTEP Kat Edition's connection indicator is solid litting but cannot control the KATANA Amp, what should I do?</h3>
<p>It means that your KATANA's MIDI assignment is not set as the default. Please connect your KATANA Amp to BTS Desktop, and modify all the parameters to the default value as the picture shown in "System"-"MIDI SETTING".</p>

<h3>FAQ3. When I long press to change type of the BOOSTER/MOD/FX on KATANA MKI, I cannot change the right effect type. What should I do?</h3>
<p>For the KATANA MKI, the changing effect type command depends on which part you choose from BST/MOD or DELAY/FX knob on your KATANA Amp/BTS Desktop/BTS for KATANA-AIR/KATANA Librarian App.</p>

<p>For BST/MOD Knob, if you choose BST part, the long-press will change the BST type. If you choose MOD part, the long press will change MOD type.Therefore, you need to choose which you want control via KATANA Amp/BTS Desktop/BTS for KATANA-AIR/KATANA Librarian App and save.</p>
<h3>FAQ4. My Kat's "I" indicator doesn't light up when cable connected to my KATANA Amp, what should I do?</h3>
<p>In most cases this means that the KATANA Amp is not working properly, please restart your KATANA Amp not AIRSTEP Kat Edition.</p>

<h3>FAQ5. My AIRSTEP Kat goes into a weird status of a mix of green and blue light and a blinking blue light on Footswitch LED，what should I do?</h3>
<p>Press and hold 2nd and 3rd footswitch and turn on the power to enter/exit GA-FC Expand Mode.(If you are not in the newest firmware, press the rightmost two footswitches when AIRSTEP Kat is on.)</p>
<h3>FAQ6. Can't connect AIRSTEP Kat to my phone?</h3>

<p>The AIRSTEP KAT does not need to be connected via Bluetooth to the system.</p>

<p>The AIRSTEP KAT does not support programming through the AIRSTEP app.</p>
